Questions about plans
Is hosting included?
Yes. Plenvera runs your website on the shared platform; there is no separate hosting to buy or maintain.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Every site has a platform address, and you can connect your own domain. During early access our team sets it up with you.
Can we migrate content?
Yes, as assisted work scoped separately. There is no one-click import from every CMS.
Who makes updates?
Your team edits content. We update the platform. Larger changes can be done by WebKroo.
Can WebKroo build a custom site?
Yes. A custom design runs on the same content platform.
Are modules included?
Each plan lists the modules it includes. Your agreement sets which ones your organization can use.
What happens when we cancel?
Cancelling never deletes your content or unpublishes your site on the spot. The terms for the end of an agreement are being finalized and will be in your agreement.
Can we export content?
Yes. An owner can export the organization’s content as a structured file at any time.
Are English and French supported?
Yes. Each page can have an English and a French version, linked together, and the templates support both.
